The class will show Application Administrators how to maintain the system using Project Web App and be prepared for troubleshooting.

The class is geared towards business users that are familiar with the Project Server environment and plan to maintain the system on an on-going basis.

Agile PPM Solution User Training

The Sensei Agile PPM solution provides a project management framework that will support your project team as they plan and execute on the agile rituals which are critical for ensuring that your projects are effectively managed.  Applying this template ensures that a repeatable management process is applied, thereby ensuring consistency with Agile development methods, while at the same time expanding on the traditional use of the Microsoft Project tool to maintain the all-important User Story and a flexible iterative development approach.
